| 目的：基于《联合委员会国际医院认证标准》（JCI标准），探讨静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）医院感染控制管理体系的建立。方法：在国内医院感染控制的法律法规的基础上，借鉴使用JCI标准中的PCI条款作为建立PIVAS医院感染控制和管理体系的理论指导。结果：JCI标准在PIVAS的医院感染控制和管理体系的建立上起到纲领和规范性的作用。结论：使用JCI标准指导PIVAS的医院感染控制和管理标准的制定和实施，实现了最终以确保病人安全为目标的核心理念。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To explore and establish the system of Hospital infection control management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS) based on the ‘joint commission international hospital accreditation’ (JCI). Methods: The PCI in JCI standards was applied as the theoretical guidance to establish the Hospital infection control and management system on the basis of the domestic laws and regulations in Hospital infection control. Results: JCI standard plays a programmatic and normative role in the establishment of the management system. Conclusion: By using JCI standard to guide the formulation and implementation of the system, we achieve the core conception as its goal to ensure the safety of the patient. |
