| 目的：探讨阿奇霉素联合激素治疗难治性支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法：选取在我院治疗的难治性支原体肺炎患儿100例为研究对象，按入院顺序分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗，研究组在阿奇霉素常规治疗的基础上给予静脉滴注甲波尼龙琥珀酸钠，观察两组患儿的临床症状和体征消失时间、临床疗效及不良反应。结果：研究组患儿症状消失时间、住院时间以及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患儿治疗的总有效率为98.0%，明显高于对照组的44.0%（P<0.05）。结论：阿奇霉素联合激素有助于改善难治性支原体肺炎患儿的临床症状和体征，提高疗效，降低不良反应的发生率。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of Azithromycin combined with steroids in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: 100 children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected as the research object, and were divided into the control group and the research group according to the order of admission, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin intravenous drip, and the research group was treated with azithromycin sodium succinate sodium succinate. The clinical symptoms and signs, the disappearance time, the effective and the adverse rates of the two groups were observed during the treatment. Results: The symptoms disappearance time, hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group (98.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (44.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin combined with steroids can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia, improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.. |
