| 目的：探讨临床药师参与流行性腮腺炎并发胰腺炎治疗的作用。方法：临床药师通过药品用法用量的选择，药品不良反应的预防、药品之间的相互作用等方面为流行性腮腺炎并发胰腺炎患儿提供药学服务，制定个体化用药方案。结果：经过治疗后，患儿各种不适症状得到消除，实验室检查指标恢复至正常水平，痊愈出院。结论：临床药师通过参与查房，深入临床，直面患儿，指导医师合理选药，提高临床用药治疗水平，提升患儿生命质量。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical pharmacists mumps pancreatitis concurrent therapy. Methods: Clinical pharmacists in combination with 1 mumps complicated with pancreatitis cases, from the choice of antibiotic drug usage and dosage, prevention of adverse drug reactions, and the evaluation of drug interaction between providing pharmaceutical care, and setting individualized regimen for patients. Results: After treatment, all kinds of symptoms in patients with ease, the biochemical indicators of normal levels, fine out of the hospital. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists by participating in operation, the thorough clinical, face to face with patients, guide the rational choose medicine physicians, improve the level of clinical drug treatment, improve patient quality of life. |
