| 目的：比较小儿影像学检查中三种常用镇静催眠剂的有效性和安全性。方法：选取2014年10月至2015年6月在我院行影像学检查时应用镇静催眠剂的小儿436例，根据所用药物分为水合氯醛组206例、地西泮组145例、苯巴比妥组85例，对3组患儿镇静催眠效果及不良反应进行观察和评价。结果：水合氯醛组、地西泮组、苯巴比妥组的有效率分别为89.81%（185/206）、97.93%（142/145）、94.12%（80/85），不良反应发生率分别为11.65%（24/206）、3.45%（5/145）、3.53%（3/85），三组有效率及不良反应比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：小儿影像学检查应用水合氯醛、地西泮、苯巴比妥3种常用镇静催眠剂中，地西泮的有效性和安全性最高。 |

| Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of sedative-hypnotics for imaging test in infants. Methods: 436 cases of infants take sedative-hypnotic drugs before imaging; divided into three groups according to the drug, chloral hydrate group of 206 cases, 145 cases of diazepam group, phenobarbital group of 85 cases; evaluate sedative and hypnotic effective by radiographic image quality, safety evaluation performed by pharmaceutically vomiting, allergic reactions, respiratory depression and so on. Results: The rate of drug effectiveness in Chloral hydrate group, diazepam group, phenobarbital group were 89.81% (185/206), 97.93% (142/145) and 94.12% (80/85) respectively, the differences were statistically significance (χ2=16.762, P<0.05). The rate of adverse reactions in chloral hydrate group, diazepam group, phenobarbital group were 11.65% (24/206), 3.45% (5/145) and 3.53% (3/85) respectively, the differences were statistically significance (χ2=15.613, P<0.05). Conclusion: Diazepam sedative and hypnotic for infants and young children is effective and safe, sedative-hypnotic agent should pay attention to breathing, do first aid measures. |
