| 目的：总结我院临床药师参与感染病例会诊的经验，促进儿科临床药师更好地为患儿服务。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，对2014-2015年我院临床药师参与的所有感染病例会诊情况进行分析，内容包括患儿年龄分布、科室分布、申请药师会诊理由、会诊模式、病原学检查结果、药师建议采纳情况、患儿病情转归情况等。结果：2014-2015年我院临床药师共参与感染病例会诊156例，患儿年龄6 h~15岁，其中1岁以内占60.26%（94/156）；涉及12个临床科室，其中儿外科63例（40.38%），儿内科93例（59.62%）；申请药师会诊理由以指导选择、调整抗菌药物为主，占96.15%（150/156）；会诊模式分为普通会诊、急会诊、多学科会诊、院内大会诊四种模式；病原学检查结果阳性患儿共79例（50.64%）；药师建议全部采纳119例（76.28%），部分采纳18例（11.54%），未采纳19例（12.18%）；追踪观察108例患儿病情转归情况，临床药师参与会诊的治疗总有效率为94.44%（102/108）。结论：儿科临床药师在临床诊疗活动中的地位越来越得到认可，但仍需要不断学习临床及药学知识，以便更好地为临床服务、为患儿服务。 |

| Objective: Pediatric clinical pharmacists to participate in anti infection cases were retrospectively analyzed the situation of the consultation and as a result, for pediatric clinical pharmacists provide basis for better service to the children. Methods: All of our hospital from 2014 to 2015 cases of the clinical pharmacists to participate in the consultation consultation, including the age distribution, distribution department, apply for reasons, consultation mode, changes in liver and kidney, adopted children situation and disease outcome were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Surgery of 63 cases, 156 cases son son of internal accounting for 93 cases; Consultation reason is given priority to with instruction selection, adjustment of antimicrobial agents, accounted for 96.48%; There are positive cases, 79 cases of training results, a total of 105 strains pathogenic bacteria detection; Consultation opinion all adopted with 119 cases, parts adopt 18 cases, 19 cases have not been adopted, for 76.28%, 76.28% and 76.28% respectively. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists in the clinical diagnosis and treatment status more and more be sure, at the same time, clinical pharmacists need to keep learning clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge, better for clinical services, services for children. |
