| 摘要: |
| 目的：分析评价我院糖皮质激素类药物使用情况，进一步促进糖皮质激素类药物合理使用。方法：利用医院信息管理系统（HIS），每月随机抽取点评50份处方及医嘱，采用回顾性分析方法，对2015年点评的600份处方医嘱进行统计分析。结果：我院使用糖皮质激素类药物以呼吸科最多，占37.29%；使用率最高的药物为吸入用布地奈德混悬液，占39.00%；不合理使用糖皮质激素类药物的情况以适应证不适宜多见，占62.90%；不合理使用糖皮质激素类药物的情况逐渐改善。结论：通过对我院使用糖皮质激素类药物处方及医嘱进行点评，能够及时了解我院糖皮质激素类药物使用情况，通过及时的干预，能够促进糖皮质激素类药物使用的合理性。 |

| Objective: to analyze the evaluation from the usage of glucocorticoid hormone drugs, to further promote the rational use of glucocorticoid hormone drugs. Methods: Use of hospital management information system (HIS) function, random review of 50 a month a prescription and the doctor's advice, using retrospective analysis method, 600 prescriptions of 2015 comments on the doctor's advice for statistical analysis. Results: In our use of glucocorticoid hormone drugs to respiratory, most (37.29%); for the most use of inhaled Ned mixed suspension cloth, accounted for 39%; the unreasonable use of glucocorticoid hormone drugs to indications is not suitable to see more, accounting for 62.9%; the unreasonable use of glucocorticoid hormone drugs improve gradually. Conclusion: Through the use of our doctor's advice and comments on sugar cortical hormone drugs prescription, and in a timely manner to understand our sugar cortical hormone drugs usage, through timely intervention, to promote the rationality of the sugar cortical hormone drugs to use. |
