| 目的：探讨儿童哮喘和变应性鼻炎的相关危险因素。方法：选取在我院接诊的哮喘组患儿302例，变应性鼻炎组314例，正常对照组644例。回顾性调查入组儿童病历资料并进行统计分析。结果：哮喘组家族过敏史、户外活动缺乏、极少日光照射及缺乏25（OH）D是儿童哮喘的危险因素。变应性鼻炎组家族过敏史、户外活动缺乏及缺乏25（OH）D是儿童变应性鼻炎的危险因素。结论：维生素D缺乏及影响其合成的相关因素可能会增加儿童哮喘和变应性鼻炎的发病风险。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To explore the risk factors for asthma and allergic rhinitis. Methods: 302 cases of rhinitis asthma group, 314 cases of allergic rhinitis group, and 644 cases of control group. Retrospective investigated the medical records and do statistical analysis. Results: Asthma group showed that family history of allergy, outdoor activities, very little sunlight and short (OH) D are the risk factors of asthma in children asthma. Allergic rhinitis indicated that family history of allergy, outdoor activities and short (OH) D were risk factors for prediction of allergic rhinitis in children. Conclusion: Short of (OH) D and affect the synthesis of related factors was predictive of children asthma and risk factors of allergic rhinitis. |
