毛细支气管炎患儿治疗前后心肌酶及相关实验室指标的变化分析

摘要:
目的:观察毛细支气管炎患儿治疗前后心肌酶及相关实验室指标的变化。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,收集2012年3月至2015年6月在我院接受治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿的临床资料,分析患儿治疗前后心肌酶和心功能指标、炎症细胞因子水平及肝功能指标的差异。结果:治疗后患儿的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)和心肌肌钙蛋白I(CtnI)水平较治疗前降低,而LVEF水平较治疗前增高(P均<0.01);治疗后患儿的白介素(IL)-10、IL-13、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-12水平均低于治疗前(P均<0.01);治疗后患儿的ALT、AST、DB、TB、ALB水平较治疗前降低(P均<0.01),而治疗前后凝血酶原时间(PT)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:毛细支气管炎患儿多出现心功能和肝功能损伤,经有效治疗后可改善,心功能、肝功能可作为临床监测治疗效果的参考指标之一。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes and related laboratory indexes before and after treatment in children with capillary bronchitis. Methods: The clinical data of capillary bronchitis patients treated in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and all the patients received antiviral therapy. T test was used to analyze the differences of myocardial enzymes and cardiac function indexes, inflammatory cytokines levels and liver function indexes of capillary bronchitis patients before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the level of creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, NT-proBNP and CTnl in capillary bronchitis patients were significantly lower than that before treatment, the level of LVEF was higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the level of IL-13, IL-10, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-12 in capillary bronchitis patients were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Ater treatment, the level of ALT, AST, DB, TB, ALB in capillary bronchitis patients were significantly lower than before treatment, and there was no significant difference in the level of PT before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion: The heart function and liver function damage in children with capillary bronchitis were improved after effective treatment, which can be used as an important index for clinical monitoring.
