| 目的:探讨早产儿感染与血清白蛋白之间的相关性。方法:选择我院2014年1-12月收治住院的早产儿200例,分为感染组及非感染组,测定两组的血清前白蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白水平及感染指标如血常规白细胞、血小板及超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)。感染组早产儿在感染治疗好转后再次留取股静脉血清检测白蛋白水平。结果:两组早产儿在胎龄、体质量、血常规(白细胞、血小板)方面比较差异无统计学意义,但两组前白蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白及hsCRP水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早产儿低蛋白血症的发病率在感染组与非感染组中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染组早产儿的血清白蛋白在感染治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经治疗感染好转后,感染组早产儿血清白蛋白水平明显升高。结论:早产儿生后血清白蛋白水平可能与是否容易发生感染有关,若早产儿生后白蛋白水平低,应该积极予以补充,以降低其感染几率。 |

| The Relationship between Premature Infection and Serum Albumin |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between premature infection and serum albumin. Methods: Two hundreds of preterm infants in our hospital from January to December 2014 were divided into infection group and non infection group. Serum prealbumin, albumin, total protein and infection index such as white blood cells, platelets and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) of the two groups were measured. The femoral venous serum albumin of preterm infants in the infection group was measured again after therapy. Results: The gestational age, body weight, white blood cells, platelet of premature infants in the two groups had no significant difference, but prealbumin, albumin, total protein and hsCRP of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the incidence of premature infants with low serum protein between the infected group and non infected group (P<0.05). The serum albumin of infection group had significant difference before and after treatment (P <0.05), serum albumin increased significantly after treatment. Conclusion: The level of albumin may be related to the occurrence of infection, if the serum albumin level of premature is low, albumin and prealbumin should be added, in order to reduce the risk of infection. |
