| 目的:探讨在JCI标准下我院实行的静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)24小时工作模式。方法:通过介绍我院PIVAS的操作流程、工作流程、静脉药物调配及质量管理体系等方面情况,探讨在JCI标准下我院PIVAS为患儿提供静脉输液服务的模式。结果:在JCI标准指导下,我院实行的PIVAS 24小时工作模式可方便临床根据患儿病情随时调整医嘱,提供安全有效的静脉输液服务。结论:我院实行的PIVAS 24小时工作模式保障了患儿用药安全,最大限度地实现了以患儿为中心的医疗服务。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To explore the 24 hours working mode of PIVAS under the standard of Joint Commission International (JCI) in our hospital. Methods: We introduced the operational flowchart, workflow, drug dispense, and the quality management system of our PIVAS, to explored the mode of our PIVAS for children with intravenous fluids service. Results: The 24 hours working mode of PIVAS can adjust recipe in their doctor’s advice according to the children’s condition, and can ensure the safety of intravenous fluids. Conclusion: The 24 hours working mode of our PIVAS provides a safe and effective in children with venous transfusion service, to achieve the medical service of patients-centered in largely. |
