| 目的:讨论新生儿发生耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌败血症的合适给药方案。方法:结合1例发生耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌感染的新生儿的案例,药师从新生儿的用药安全性和局限性、药物的新生儿药代动力学数据方面入手,为患儿制定合理的给药方案。结果:患儿在使用美罗培南和磷霉素联合治疗后,临床症状明显好转,临床治疗有效。结论:针对新生儿发生的耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌感染,使用磷霉素联合美罗培南治疗是值得推荐的一种治疗方案。 |

| Medication Analysis of Carbapenem-Resistant Klebsiella Pneumonia Septicemia in a Neonate |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To discuss the appropriate medication treatment of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae septicemia in neonate. Methods: Combined with a case of drug analysis of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection in a 3 days neonate, the pharmacist made an appropriate therapeutic plan for the neonate by evaluating the safety and limitation of neonate drug using and the drug pharmacokinetic data of the neonate. Results: This neonate got cured by the therapeutic plan of fosfomycin and meropenem, and this treatment program proved to be effective. Conclusion: In the circumstance of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection, the therapeutic regimen of meropenem combined with fosfomycin could be recommended. |
