小儿速效感冒颗粒有效成分含量测定方法的改进

摘要:
目的:进一步研究小儿速效感冒颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏及咖啡因的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)梯度洗脱法同时测定小儿速效感冒颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏及咖啡因的含量。结果:在268 nm波长下,三种成分均具有较好的响应值,线性关系良好。结论:本方法同时测定小儿速效感冒颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量,是专属、准确、可行的。

Abstract:
Objective: To further establish a method for determination of paracetamol, caffeine and chlorphenamine maleate in Xiao’er Suxiao Ganmao granules. Methods: Contents of paracetamol, caffeine and chlorphenamine maleate in Xiao’er Suxiao Ganmao granules were simultaneously determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) gradient elution. Results: At 268 nm wavelength, all three components had good response values with good linearity. Conclusion: This method is specific, accurate, and feasible for simultaneous determination of paracetamol, caffeine and chlorphenamine maleate in Xiao’er Suxiao Ganmao granules.
