| This paper introduces the operation process of the PDCA quick-response board and its practice and effectiveness in the intravenous drug delivery center (PIVAS). Combined with the characteristics of the PDCA quick-response board, it is considered to be an important tool to promote the continuous innovation and sustainable development of PIVAS. |
