| [摘要] 目的:探讨血必净治疗小儿手足口病(HFMD)的临床疗效。 方法:选择2016年1月至2017年10月在广东省潮州市中
心医院住院治疗的 120 例手足口病患儿作为观察对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组各60例,两组均采用相同的基础治
疗,治疗组同时联合使用血必净注射液 1 mL/(kg·d),静脉滴注,每日1次,治疗组和对照组均治疗5 d,比较两组患儿的体温
恢复正常时间、皮疹消失时间、口腔溃疡消失时间及临床疗效。 结果:治疗组的体温恢复正常时间、口腔溃疡消失时间和皮疹消
失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗的总有效率为 96.67% ,高于对照组的 83.33% ,差异有统计学意
义(χ2=5.926,P<0.05)。 结论:血必净治疗小儿手足口病可以明显改善患儿的临床症状,能显著缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease
(HFMD). Methods: From January 2016 to October 2017 in the Chaozhou Central Hospital, 120 cases of hospitalized children with
HFMD treatment as treatment object, randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. Two groups
were given the same treatment, treatment group combined with Xuebijing injection 1 mL/(kg·d) with an intravenous drip once a day.
The treatment group and the control group were treated for 5 days, two groups were compared with the temperature returned to normal
time, the rash disappearance time, oral cavity ulcer disappearance time and curative effect. Results: The body temperature returned to
normal time, oral ulcer disappeared time and rash disappearance time in treatment group were significantly shorter than the control
group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group, significantly
higher than the control group (83.33% ), the difference was statistically significant (χ2= 5.926, P<0.05). Conclusion: Xuebijing
injection intreatment of children with HFMD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the course of disease, it is worth to
clinical application. |
