| [摘要]目的：探讨临床药师参与小儿腹股沟斜疝手术围术期健康教育的实践效果。方法：选择2016年1月至2017年6月于我院普外科接受腹股沟斜疝手术的患儿1 155例，由临床药师对患儿及家长进行健康教育指导，内容包括术前心理疏导，讲解小儿腹股沟斜疝形成原因、“一日手术”模式的优点、术后发热及疼痛的原因，指导切口护理及饮食等，并统计患儿家长对健康教育相关内容的掌握情况及满意度。结果：通过临床药师参与小儿腹股沟斜疝手术围术期健康教育，患儿及家长对小儿腹股沟斜疝形成原因、一日手术模式的优点、术后患儿发热疼痛原因、切口护理及饮食指导等内容的总掌握率为96.71%，对健康教育的总满意度为98.61%。结论：临床药师参与小儿腹股沟斜疝手术围术期健康教育，有利于促进患儿术后恢复，降低术后并发症的发生率，获得了医护人员和患儿家长的认同，对提高手术治疗效果和家长满意度具有重要意义。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the practice effects of the health education of inguinal hernia in children during perioperative period participated by clinical pharmacists. Methods: Totally 155 children undergoing inguinal hernia surgery admitted into the surgery department of our hospital from Jan. 2016 to Jun. 2017 were extracted. Health education by clinical pharmacists was conducted on the children and their parents, including preoperative psychological guidance, explanation for causes of the formation of inguinal hernia in children, advantages of the “One Day Surgery” mode, causes of postoperative fever and pain, and incision care and dietary guidance, etc. The mastery of the contents and the satisfaction of health education were evaluated. Results: Through the health education of inguinal hernia in children during perioperative period participated by clinical pharmacists, the total mastery rate of causes of the formation of inguinal hernia in children, advantages of the "One Day Surgery" mode, causes of postoperative fever and pain and incision care and dietary guidance in the children and their parents reached 96.71%, and the satisfaction rate of health education was 98.61%. Conclusion: The participation of the health education of inguinal hernia in children during perioperative period by clinical pharmacists is beneficial to promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is recognized by the medical staff and the parents of children, and is of great significance for improving the effects of surgical treatment and parents' satisfaction. |
