目的:分析徐州市儿童医院门诊口服中成药不合理处方情况,为儿科临床合理使用口服中成药提供参考。方法:利用临床用药支持软件收集徐州市儿童医院2017 年的门诊口服中成药处方共计5 826 张,对处方中涉及的患儿年龄、性别、科室、不合理使用情况进行总结分析。结果:该院2017 年门诊口服中成药类别以清热解毒剂、解表剂、止咳祛痰剂为主,剂型以口服液、颗粒剂、散剂为主。不合理处方为250 张,占4.29% (250/5 826),包括不规范处方57 张(22.80%) 和用药不适宜处方193 张(77.20%)。结论:该院门诊使用口服中成药存在药物选择不合理、剂量偏大、重复用药等问题,需要临床药师加强对全院口服中成药的监控,确保儿童使用口服中成药的合理性。 |

Objective: To summarize and analyze the irrational prescriptions of oral Chinese patent medicine in the outpatient department of Xuzhou Children's Hospital, so as to provide reference for the rational application of oral Chinese patent medicine in
pediatrics. Methods: The clinical drug support software was used to collect 5,826 outpatient prescriptions of oral Chinese patent
medicine in Xuzhou Children's Hospital in 2017. The age, gender, departments and irrational application involved in the prescriptions
were summarized and analyzed. Results: In 2017, the oral Chinese patent medicine mainly consisted of heat-clearing and detoxicating
prescription, exterior resolving formula and cough suppressant, with oral liquid, granules and powder as the main dosage forms. Totally 250 cases were irrational, accounting for 4.29% (250/5,826), including 57 (22.80%) non-standard prescriptions and 193 (77.20%) prescriptions of improper medication application. Conclusion: There are some problems in the application of oral Chinese patent medicine in the outpatient department of the hospital, such as irrational drug selection, excessive dose and repeated administration, etc. It is necessary for clinical pharmacists to strengthen the monitoring of oral Chinese patent medicine in the hospital, so as to ensure the rationality of oral Chinese patent medicine in children. |
