| [摘要]目的：通过Meta分析评价维生素D辅助治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效，为维生素D在毛细支气管炎的应用提供参考。方法：检索Pubmed、OVID、CNKI、维普和万方数据库中截止2017年12月15日的所有有关维生素D治疗毛细支气管炎的文献。采用Revman5.3和Stata14.0软件进行Meta分析。结果：维生素D辅助治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的能提高治疗总有效率，可缩短喘憋咳嗽时间、肺部体征消失时间及住院时间，能提高患儿体内25-（OH）D3及IgA、IgG水平，但不能减少6个月内喘息再发次数。结论：维生素D辅助治疗儿童毛细支气管炎具有较好的临床疗效，但由于现有临床研究较少，今后仍需大样本、多中心、高质量的临床研究，以提供更可靠、更准确的评价结果。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of vitamin D in the adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis in infants by meta-analysis, so as to provide reference for the application of vitamin D in bronchiolitis. Methods: Pubmed, OVID, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database were retrieved to collect the literature of vitamin D in the treatment of bronchiolitis until Dec. 15, 2017. Meta analysis was performed with Revman5.3 and Stata14.0. Results: Vitamin D in the adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis could improve the total effective rate, shorten the time of asthma and cough, disappearance time of lung signs and hospitalization time, and improve the levels of 25-(OH)D3 and IgA, IgG in children, but could not reduce the number of recurrence within 6 months. Conclusion: As an adjuvant therapy for children with bronchiolitis, Vitamin D has better clinical effects. However, due to the lack of existing clinical data, large-sample, multi-center, high-quality clinical research is still needed in the future to provide more reliable and accurate evaluation results. |
