| [摘要]目的：通过阅读药品说明书、文献资料以及结合工作实践，为医生、护士、临床药师提供正确的溶媒选择及药物配伍，以确保临床医疗质量。方法：本文总结了儿科各类常用药物的溶媒选择，对新发现的常用儿科药物配伍禁忌进行分析评价，根据工作实践列举了常用粉针剂需要稀释的溶媒量。结果：头孢曲松与氨溴索、含钙制剂、微量元素存在配伍禁忌；溴己新与阿奇霉素、阿莫西林克拉维酸钾存在配伍禁忌；葡萄糖酸钙注射液与维生素C粉针剂存在配伍禁忌。结论：药物与药物、药物与溶媒、药物与机体间相互作用错综复杂，要熟练掌握各种配伍禁忌情况，以保证病人的安全用药。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To provide correct solvent selection and drug compatibility for the clinicians, nurses and clinical pharmacists by reading the drug instructions, literature and combining with the work practice, so as to ensure the safe and rational use of drugs. Methods: This thesis summarized the solvent selection of various commonly used pediatric drugs, analyzed and evaluated the newly discovered incompatibility of commonly used pediatric drugs, and listed the dilutive solvent amount of commonly used injection powder according to the work practice. Results: Ceftriaxone was incompatible with ambroxol, calcium-containing preparations and trace elements; bromohexine had contraindication with azithromycin and amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium; and there was contraindication between calcium gluconate injection and vitamin C powder injection. Conclusion: The interactions between drugs and drugs, drugs and solvents, drugs and the body are complex, and it is necessary to be proficient in various contraindications to ensure the safe use of drugs. |
