肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血浆sB7-H1及细胞因子的表达及临床意义

[摘要]目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血浆中可溶性B7-H1(sB7-H1)的表达水平及其与各细胞因子的关系及临床意义。方法:选取2015年在苏州大学附属儿童医院呼吸科住院治疗的MPP患儿87例,并选取同期外科择期手术的31例患儿作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血浆中sB7-H1、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17、IL-36α及GM-CSF的表达水平。结果:MPP组的sB7-H1水平为(1 045±356.50)pg/mL,明显高于对照组的(294.16±218.33)pg/mL,且经治疗后sB7-H1水平较前显著下降(P<0.001)。MPP患者sB7-H1水平与IL-36α呈正相关,而与IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17、GM-CSF无显著相关性。结论:sB7-H1在MPP患儿具有高表达,可能在过度免疫炎症中起一定的作用。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Plasma Soluble B7-H1 and Cytokines in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective: To probe into the expression level and clinical significance of plasma soluble B7-H1 (sB7-H1) and its correlation with various cytokines in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP). Methods: Totally 87 children admitted into the pneumology department of Children's Hospital of Soochow University in 2015 were extracted as the MPP group, while 31 children with elective surgery in the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of sB7-H1, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17, IL-36α and GM-CSF in plasma of children with MPP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The sB7-H1 level of MPP group was (1 045±356.50) pg/mL, higher than that of control group (294.16±218.33) pg/mL, and the sB7-H1 level decreased after treatment (P<0.001). The sB7-H1 level was positively correlated with IL-36α in children with MPP, yet not significantly correlated with IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17 and GM-CSF. Conclusion: sB7-H1 has high expression in children with MPP and may play a role in excessive immune inflammation.
