智能自动化在降低静脉用药调配中心用药风险中的作用

摘要:
目的:整合并优化自动化设备与软件功能,优化工作流程,减少静脉用药调配中心( PIVAS) 调配工作风险。方法:对PIVAS 工作流程中的风险点进行分析,针对现有操作系统功能的不足,结合自动化设备的运用对软件功能进行升级,通过数据统计评估改进后的应用效果。结果:通过对自动化设备的操作流程与软件功能的整合,PIVAS 差错率同比下降40.63%,不合理医嘱数同比下降26.28%,药品损耗金额同比下降46.79%。结论:在采用自动化设备的基础上,对PIVAS 运行中的问题通过软件功能的改进与优化,整合了医嘱审核、批次分配、药品管理等功能,提高了用药安全性及药品管理的质量与效率。

Abstract:
Objective: To integrate and optimize the function of automation equipment and its software, and to optimize the workflow of pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS), so as to reduce the risks of dispensing in PIVAS. Methods: The risks in the workflow of PIVAS were analyzed. In view of the deficiencies of the existing operating system functions, the software functions were upgraded in combination with the application of automation equipment, and the improved application effects were evaluated through data statistics. Results: Through the integration of the operation process and software functions of the automation equipment, the error rate of PIVAS decreased by 40.63% year-on-year, the number of unreasonable medical orders decreased by 26.28% year-on-year, and the amount of drug consumption decreased by 46.79% year-on-year. Conclusion: Based on the application of intelligent automation equipment, the problems in PIVAS operation can be improved and optimized through software functions, the medical examination, batch allocation, drug management and other functions can be integrated, and the safety of medication and quality and efficiency of drug management can be promoted.
