| 目的：探讨儿童医院静脉用药调配中心对非整支药品精准调配的质控方法。为患儿提供准确、安全、无菌的高质量静脉输液。方法：按照药品规格、剂型、溶解特点、稀释要求等分类进行实践、分析、总结，制定静脉用药调配中心非整支药品调配的规范与标准。结果：通过总结制定了注射用溶液剂、无菌粉末、大输液、需调节pH输液的非整支药品调配操作规程并培训实施。结论：在儿童医院静脉用药调配中心对非整支注射药物进行质量控制，可以确保临床用药安全 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To probe into the quality control methods of precise dispensing of non-integral injections in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) of children’s hospital, and to provide precise, safe, sterile and high-quality intravenous infusion for children. Methods: Practice, analysis and summary were performed according to the classification of drug specifications, dosage forms, dissolution characteristics and dilution requirements. The specifications and standards for precise dispensing of non-integral injections in PIVAS were formulated. Results: By summing up, the standards of injection solutions, sterile powders, large infusions, and infusion with adjustment of pH of precise dispensing of non-integral injections were formulated and implemented. Conclusion: The quality control of non-integral injections in PIVAS of Children’s Hospital can ensure the safety of clinical medication |
