| [摘要]目的：调查我院抗菌药物说明书中儿童用药信息，为进一步规范抗菌药物说明书提供参考，确保儿童用药安全性及合理性。方法：收集我院2018年抗菌药物说明书，对儿童用药相关信息进行调查分析。结果：我院抗菌药物说明书中关于儿童用药信息的整体标注模糊、混乱、欠缺。其中药代动力学和注意事项标注率偏低（<50%），适应症、禁忌症、药物过量标注率更低（<20%）；儿童用药剂量换算标注不够完善；不良反应标注有待补充。结论：国家相关部门应加强对抗菌药物药品说明书的安全监管，完善说明书中有关儿童用药信息的标注，加强对儿童使用抗菌药物的指导。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the information of children’s drug use in the antibacterial drug instructions of our hospital, so as to provide reference for further standardizing the antibacterial drug instructions and ensure the safety and rationality of children’s drug use. Methods: The antibacterial drug instructions of our hospital in 2018 were collected, and the information related to children’s drug use was investigated and analyzed. Results: The overall labeling of the information on children’s drug use in the antibacterial drug instructions of our hospital is vague, confused and deficient. The labeling rate of pharmacokinetics and precautions was relatively low (<50%), and the labeling rate of indications, contraindications, and drug overdose was lower (<20%). The annotations for the conversion of drug dosage in children were not scientific, and the annotations of adverse drug reactions need to be supplemented. Conclusion: Relevant national departments should strengthen the safety supervision of the instructions for antimicrobial drugs, improve the annotations of children’s drug use in the instructions, and enhance the guidance for the use of antimicrobial drugs for children. |
