| 目的：观察氯霉素泼尼松搽剂治疗葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床疗效。方法：将44例葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各22例，均系统使用头孢曲松抗感染治疗，观察组皮损外搽氯霉素泼尼松搽剂，对照组皮损外涂莫匹罗星软膏。结果：治疗5 d后两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但观察组患儿皮损尼氏征转阴时间、干燥结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P均<0.01）。结论：氯霉素泼尼松搽剂能够加速葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿皮损愈合，改善临床症状，提高治疗效果。 |

| Chloramphenicol Prednisone Liniment in the Treatment of Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment in the treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. Methods: Totally 44 children with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome were extracted to be randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 22 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with ceftriaxone. The lesions of observation group were treated with chloramphenicol prednisone liniment and the control group was treated with mupirocin ointment. Results: After 5 d of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups (P>0.05), but the Nikolsky’s sign negative conversion, the time of scarring, the time of molting and the length of hospital stay of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Chloramphenicol prednisone liniment can accelerate the healing of skin lesions, alleviate clinical symptoms and improve treatment effects in children with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. |
