| [摘要]目的：探讨临床药师在儿童药物性肝损伤（DILI）诊治过程中的药学监护。方法：临床药师通过Roussel Uclaf 因果关系（RUCAM）评估量表对1例DILI患儿进行因果关系分析，结合指南及循证证据，调整DILI的治疗方案，控制患儿病情发展。结果：通过药学服务实践，临床药师协助医师优化了治疗方案，患儿肝功能恢复正常。结论：临床药师的参与对儿童DILI的判断、治疗具有积极意义。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To probe into the pharmaceutical care for the diagnosis and treatment of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) in children by clinical pharmacists. Methods: Clinical pharmacists used Roussel Uclaf (RUCAM) evaluation scale to analyze the causal relationship of DILI in a child, adjust the treatment of DILI according to the guidelines and evidence-based evidence, and control the development of the disease. Results: Through the practice of pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacists assisted clinicians in optimizing the treatment plan, and the biochemical indexes of liver function nearly recovered. Conclusion: The participation of clinical pharmacists has positive significance for the judgment and treatment of children with DILI. |
