| [摘要]目的:了解某儿童医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的规律和特点,为促进临床合理用药、保障儿童用药安全提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集2016-2018年上报的184例ADR报告进行统计分析。结果:184例ADR中,男103例(55.98%),女81例(44.02%);1~6岁年龄组ADR发生率最高(60.33%);引发ADR最多的药品种类为抗感染药(38.18%);ADR最常见的临床表现为皮疹、斑丘疹、瘙痒(44.71%);注射用重组人生长激素上报新的ADR例次最多;严重ADR主要表现为骨髓抑制。结论:应加强对儿童ADR的监测,以减少或避免其发生。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the regularities and characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in a children’s hospital, so as to promote the rational drug use in clinic and ensure the safety of drug use in children. Methods: Retrospective method was adopted, a total of 184 ADR reports from 2016 to 2018 were collected for statistical analysis. Results: Among 184 ADR reports, 103 cases were males (55.98%) and 81 cases were females (44.02%). The incidence of ADR was the highest in the age group from 1 to 6 years (60.33%). Most ADR was induced by anti-infective drugs (38.18%). The most common clinical manifestations of ADR were skin rash, maculopapular rash and itching (44.71%). Recombinant human growth hormone for injection had reported the most new ADR cases. Severe ADR was mainly manifested as bone marrow suppression induced by anti-tumor drugs. Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the monitoring of ADR for children, so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR. |
