| 目的：探讨1.5倍常规剂量氯雷他定联合转移因子口服液治疗儿童慢性难治性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法：60例儿童难治性慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组各30例，试验组接受1.5倍常规剂量氯雷他定联合转移因子口服液，对照组接受1.5倍常规剂量氯雷他定。通过对瘙痒、最大风团直径、风团数量、风团水肿程度及每次发作持续时间进行症状积分，以症状积分下降指数判断疗效，同时监控两组患儿不良反应。结果：治疗3周和4周，试验组总有效率分别为90.00%和93.33%，均显著高于对照组的总有效率（53.33%、60.00%，P均<0.05）；两组患儿不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：1.5倍氯雷他定联合转移因子口服液治疗儿童慢性难治性荨麻疹安全有效 |

| Efficacy of 1.5 Times Regular Dose of Loratadine Combined with Transfer Factor Oral Solution in the Treatment of Chronic Refractory Urticaria in Children |

| Objective: To probe into the efficacy and safety of 1.5 times regular dose of loratadine combined with transfer factor oral solution in the treatment of chronic refractory urticaria in children. Methods: Totally 60 children with chronic refractory urticaria were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with 1.5 times regular dose of loratadine combined with oral transfer factor, while the control group received 1.5 times regular dose of loratadine. Efficacy was determined by symptom score for the pruritus, maximum wind mass diameter, number of wind masses, degree of edema, and duration of onset. The adverse drug reactions of two groups were recorded. Results: After 3 and 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was respectively 90.00% and 93.33%, significantly higher than those of the control group (53.33% and 60.00%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of 1.5 times regular dose of loratadine with transfer factor oral solution is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic refractory urticaria in children. |
