| [摘要]目的：探究小儿珠珀散治疗感冒的药物效应，为临床应用提供参考。方法：针对感冒过程中儿童可能出现的发热、咳嗽、痰多、消化不良等症状，分别利用脂多糖（LPS）致热家兔，氨水诱发小鼠咳嗽，酚红排秘法、半固体营养糊小鼠肠推进实验探究小儿珠珀散对症治疗的作用。结果：小儿珠珀散可降低小鼠耳肿胀程度、家兔体温上升幅度，延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期，减少咳嗽次数，减少小鼠气管酚红排出量，促进小鼠胃排空，增加小鼠小肠推进率（P均<0.05）。结论：小儿珠珀散可缓解感冒过程中的多种症状。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To probe into the pharmacodynamics of Xiao’er Zhupo powder in the treatment of cold, so as to provide reference for clinical application. Methods: In view of the symptoms such as fever, cough, phlegm and dyspepsia in children during the process of cold, the symptomatic treatment of Xiao’er Zhupo powder for children was investigated by LPS-induced fever in rabbits, ammonia-induced cough in mice, phenol red excretion method and semi-solid nutrient paste intestine propulsion experiment. Results: Xiao’er Zhupo powder could reduce the ear swelling degree of mice, decrease the temperature ascending range of rabbits, prolong the cough latency of mice, reduce the cough times and tracheal phenol red excretiona, promote the gastric emptyness of mice, and increase the intestinal propulsion rate of mice (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiao’er Zhupo powder can relieve a variety of symptoms of cold. |
