| 目的:探讨抗粘方防治小儿术后肠粘连的应用价值。方法:选取2018 年我院收治的行儿科腹腔手术的患儿126 例,随机分为观察组和对照组各63 例。对照组患儿术后采取常规禁食、补液、抗感染等措施,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上给予抗粘方防治肠粘连。观察两组患儿腹痛腹胀消失及排气排便时间的变化情况,同时观察两组患儿不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组患儿腹痛腹胀消失时间、排气排便时间均少于对照组(P 均<0郾01)。观察组未发现服用抗粘方引起的不良反应。结论:抗粘方能够促进小儿术后胃肠功能恢复,缓解患儿腹痛腹胀,改善排气排便功能,且无明显不良反应,其预防小儿术后肠粘连效果确切,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the application value of Kangnian decoction on prevention and treatment of intestinal adhesion after abdominal surgery in children. Methods: Totally 126 children undergoing abdominal surgery in our hospital in 2018 were extracted to be randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine measures such as fasting, fluid infusion and anti-infection after surgery. On the basis of the control group, the observation group received Kangnian decoction. The disappearance time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension, the time of exhaust and defecation in two groups were observed, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results: The disappearance time of abdominal pain and distension, the time of exhaust and defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.01). In the observation group, no adverse drug reaction caused by Kangnian decoction was recorded. Conclusion: Kangnian decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, relieve the abdominal pain and distension, improve the exhaust and defecation,with fewer adverse drug reactions. It is effective in preventing postoperative intestinal adhesion in children, which is worthy of clinical application. |
