| 目的：探讨注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ在儿童中的用药合理性。方法：随机抽取河北省儿童医院2018年6月至2019年5月使用注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ的病历295份，结合药品说明书以及患儿年龄、体质量，对适应证、用药剂量、用药频次、联合用药等方面进行统计分析，初步探讨注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ在儿童应用中的合理性。结果：用药评价结果提示用药合理性较高，各项得分率依次为给药频次（100%）、溶媒选择（100%）、合并用药（98.50%）、适应证（86.20%）、免疫功能检查（83.60%）、药物剂量（79.50%）。药物利用分析结果显示，儿童药物利用指数（CDUI）随着体质量的增加而降低，低体质量组过度应用现象较为严重，高体质量组存在用药不足情况。结论：应规范注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ在儿童中的临床应用，促进合理用药 |

| Objective: To probe into the application rationality of ribonucleic acid for injection Ⅱ in children. Methods: A total of 295 medical records of ribonucleic acid for injection Ⅱ were randomly extracted from Children’s Hospital of Hebei Province from Jun. 2018 to May 2019. Combined with the drug instructions, age and body mass of the children, the indications, dosage, frequency and drug combination were statistically analyzed to preliminarily discuss the application rationality of ribonucleic acid for injection Ⅱ in children. Results: The results of drug application evaluation indicated that the application rationality was relatively high, and the scoring rates were respectively drug frequency (100%), solvent selection (100%), drug combination (98.50%), indications (86.20%), immune function examination (83.60%) and dosage (79.50%). The results of drug utilization analysis showed that the children drug utilization index (CDUI) decreased with the increase of body mass, with more severe excessive use in the low body mass group and insufficient use in the high body mass group. Conclusion: The clinical application of ribonucleic acid for injection Ⅱ in children should be standardized to promote the rational drug application |
