| [摘要]目的：探讨临床药师在烧伤合并急性酒精中毒患儿药物治疗中的作用。方法：临床药师参与1例烧伤合并急性酒精中毒患儿的治疗过程，协助制定治疗方案，提供营养支持指导，进行充分的药学监护。结果：临床药师通过有效的药学服务，使患儿经12 d的住院治疗后好转，未出现药物不良反应/事件，顺利出院。结论：临床药师在意外伤害、药物/食物中毒等儿童急危重症的治疗中能发挥药学专业优势，提高临床药物治疗水平，体现临床药师的价值。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of children with burn complicated with acute alcohol intoxication. Methods: The clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment process of one child with burn complicated with acute alcohol intoxication, assisted in the formulation of treatment regimens, provided nutritional support and guidance, and provided adequate pharmaceutical care. Results: Through effective pharmaceutical care, after 12 d of hospitalization, the child got better without any adverse drug reactions/events, and was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can give full play to the professional advantages of pharmacy in the treatment of children’s acute and critical disease such as accidental injury and drug/food poisoning, improve the level of clinical drug treatment, and reflect the value of clinical pharmacists. |
