| [摘要]血管性血友病是常见的遗传性出血性疾病，临床表现多样化，其诊断及治疗仍面临挑战。本文报道血管性血友病致反复失血性休克1例，并进行相关文献复习，为临床深入认识血管性血友病，及时进行临床诊断及治疗提供参考。 |

| [Abstract] Von Willebrand disease is a kind of common genetic bleeding disorder with diverse clinical manifestations, its diagnosis and treatment remain challenging. This thesis reports a case of hemorrhagic shock induced by von Willebrand disease and reviews the related literature to provide reference for further understanding, timely clinical diagnosis and treatment of von Willebrand disease. |
