干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及其对核因子-κB和炎症因子水平的影响

摘要:
目的:探讨干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及其对核因子-κB(NF-κB)和炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年2月海口市第三人民医院收治的小儿手足口病患儿94例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组给予干扰素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予炎琥宁治疗,分析两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后NF-κB和炎症因子水平的差异。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(78.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、疱疹消退时间、食欲好转时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿NF-κB、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、IL-17、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组NF-κB、IL-10、IL-17、NSE、VEGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病可降低NF-κB、IL-10、IL-17、NSE、VEGF表达水平,改善临床症状,缩短病程。

Abstract:
Objective: To probe into the efficacy of of interferon combined with Yanhuning on hand, foot and mouth disease in children and its effects on nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and related factors. Methods: Totally 94 children with hand, foot and mouth disease admitted into the Third People’s Hospital of Haikou from Jan. 2017 to Feb. 2019 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interferon, while the observation group received Yanhuning on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups were analyzed. Differences of levels of NF-κB and related factors were compared between two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group (93.62%) was higher than that in the control group (78.72%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The duration of fever, disappearance time of herpes, improvement time of appetite and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Before treatment, differences of the levels of NF-κB, interleukin-10 (IL-10), IL-17, neurospecific enolase (NSE), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were not significantly different between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of NF-κB, IL-10, IL-17, NSE and VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Interferon combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children can reduce the expression of NF-κB, IL-10, IL-17, NSE and VEGF, improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease
