| 目的：探讨我院治愈出院的新型冠状病毒肺炎患儿的临床特点及药物治疗方案。方法：收集我院2020年2月1-26日治愈出院的新型冠状病毒肺炎患儿的病例资料，回顾性分析其临床特点及治疗药物使用情况。结果：共有4例新型冠状病毒肺炎患儿治愈出院，其中男3例，女1例；普通型3例，轻型1例；3例为家庭聚集性发病；2例首发症状为发热；2例中性粒细胞减少及淋巴细胞升高，1例肝酶升高，2例心肌酶谱异常，2例合并有其他呼吸道病原体感染；3例肺部CT示异常病变。4例患儿均给予隔离，卧床休息，抗病毒、增强免疫、中药清热解毒、对症支持等综合治疗，均治愈出院。结论：儿童新型冠状病毒肺炎有其自身临床特点，经综合治疗可有效治愈。 |

| Clinical Characteristics and Drug Therapy of 4 Cases of Children with Corona Virus Disease 2019 |

| Objective: To probe into the clinical characteristics and drug therapy regimens of children with corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) discharged from our hospital. Methods: Clinical data of children with COVID-19 discharged from Feb. 1st to Feb. 26th, 2020 in our hospital were collected. The clinical characteristics and drug therapy regimens were analyzed retrospectively. Results: A total of 4 children with COVID-19 were cured and discharged from our hospital, including 3 males and 1 female. There were 3 cases of normal type and 1 case of mild type. Totally 3 children were clustered in families, 2 children had first symptoms of fever. The first symptom of 2 cases was fever. There were 2 cases of neutropenia and elevated lymphocytes, 1 case of elevated liver enzymes, 2 cases of abnormal myocardial enzymes, and 2 cases of other respiratory pathogen infection. The CT of lung showed abnormal lesions in 3 cases. All children were given isolation, bed rest, antiviral treatment, immune enhancement, traditional Chinese medicine in clearing away heat and detoxification, symptomatic support and other comprehensive treatment, eventually, four children were cured and discharged. Conclusion: COVID-19 in children may have its own characteristics, which can be effectively treated by comprehensive treatment. |
