| 目的:研究蒙古族汉族婴幼儿肠道菌群的动态变化,以及使用抗菌药物后对肠道菌群的影响。方法:收集2016年1月到2018年6月在内蒙古自治区人民医院出生的母乳喂养婴幼儿,分为蒙汉族健康婴幼儿和蒙汉族生后2~28 d曾给予抗菌药物治疗的婴幼儿,分别进行生后3 h内、生后7 d、生后42 d的粪便培养。用PCR检测乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量。结果:随着日龄的增加,双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌在蒙汉族婴幼儿体内均逐渐增加(P<0.05),其中在生后7 d、42 d,蒙古族婴幼儿体内的两种菌的增长速度高于汉族儿童(P<0.05)。而在同日龄的蒙古族和汉族婴幼儿中,乳酸杆菌在未使用抗菌药物和使用抗菌药物后的数量无明显变化(P>0.05),而双歧杆菌则在使用抗菌药物后减少(P<0.05)。结论:在蒙古族婴幼儿的肠道中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量较高,而当使用了抗菌药物后,双歧杆菌的数量明显下降 |

| Effects of Antibiotics on Intestinal Flora in Infants of Mongolian and Han Nationality |

| Objective: To study the dynamic changes of intestinal flora in infants of Mongolian and Han nationality, and the effects of antibiotics on intestinal flora. Methods: Breast-Fed infants born in Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital from Jan. 2016 to Jun. 2018 were collected. All children were divided into the healthy infants of Mongolian and Han nationality and infants who had been treated with antibiotics for 2 to 28 d after birth. Stool cultures were performed within 3 h, 7 d and 42 d after birth. The quantity of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: With the increase of age, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium increased in infants of Mongolian and Han nationality (P<0.05). On the 7th and 42nd d after birth, the growth rates of two kinds of bacteria in infants of Mongolian were significantly higher than that in infants of Han nationality (P<0.05). In infants of Mongolian and Han nationality of the same age, the number of Lactobacillus did not change significantly after the use of antibiotics (P>0.05), while Bifidobacterium decreased significantly after the use of antibiotics (P<0.05). Conclusion: The number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium is higher in the intestine of infants of Mongolian, while the number of Bifidobacterium is in a decreasing tendency when antibiotics are used |
