| [摘要]目的：探讨利用前置处方审核系统的自定义规则在规范儿科医生处方行为、促进儿科口服中成药的合理应用中的价值。方法：（1）通过医院信息系统调取处方审核规则设置前我院儿科门诊2020年1-8月开具有中成药的处方共14 057张，按照相关处方点评要求进行点评分析。（2）根据点评结果，将常见的不合理用药现象在处方前置审方系统的处方规则项下分类设置规则，比较自定义规则维护前后儿科中成药重复用药情况并进行分析。结果：自定义规则维护后，儿科中成药重复用药发生率为0.69%，明显低于自定义规则维护前的2.53%。结论：利用处方前置审核系统的自定义规则可以显著减少儿科中成药重复使用，有效提高儿科中成药合理用药水平，保障患儿用药安全。 |

| Value of Self-Defined Rules of Prescription Pre-Review System in Regulating Rational Application of Oral Chinese Patent Medicine in Pediatrics |

| [Abstract] Objective: To probe into the value of using the self-defined rules of prescription pre-review system in regulating the prescribing behavior of clinicians and promoting the rational application of oral Chinese patent medicine in pediatrics. Methods: (1) A total of 14,057 prescriptions with Chinese patent medicine in the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital from Jan. to Aug. in 2020 before intervention of prescription review rules were extracted through the hospital information system. Review analysis was performed according to relevant prescription review requirements. (2) According to the review results, the common irrational drug use phenomena were classified and set under the self-defined rules of prescription pre-review system, and the repeated use of pediatric Chinese patent medicine before and after intervention of self-defined rules of prescription pre-review system were compared and analyzed. Results: After intervention of self-defined rules, the incidence of repeated use of pediatric Chinese patent medicine was 0.69%, significantly lower than 2.53% before intervention of self-defined rules. Conclusion: The intervention of self-defined rules of prescription pre-review system can significantly reduce the repeated use of pediatric Chinese patent medicine, effectively improve the level of rational use of pediatric Chinese patent medicine, and ensure medication safety for children. |
