儿的用药过程,对其出现肝功能损伤的情况进行分析并给出用药建议。结果:该患儿肝功能损伤情况好转,顺利出院。结论:临
床药师在参与临床治疗的过程中,应积极发挥作用,从多角度思考问题,并给出合理的用药建议。 |

| Objective: To analyze a case of liver function injury in a child after umbilical cord blood transplantation by clinical
pharmacists, so as to explore the thinking mode and solutions of clinical pharmacists in such cases. Methods: Pharmacists participated
in the medication process of a child with umbilical cord blood transplantation, analyzed the situation of liver function injury, and made
medication suggestions. Results: The liver function injury of the child was improved and discharged smoothly. Conclusion: Pharmacists
should play an active role in the process of participating in the clinical treatment, think about problems from multiple perspectives and
give their own opinions. |
