| 目的：探讨2020年徐州儿童医院临床药师参与儿童临床会诊情况，为儿科合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性分析2020年我院临床药师参与的109例儿童临床会诊资料，包括申请会诊患儿年龄、科室、会诊目的、病原菌检出情况等。结果：我院申请会诊患儿以<1岁儿童为主，会诊科室主要为重症医学科及血液肿瘤科，病原菌检出率为44.04%，以革兰阴性菌为主（63.41%），会诊目的主要为调整用药方案（50.46%），会诊采纳率84.40%。结论：多学科参与提供诊疗是保障合理用药的有力措施，临床药师在会诊实践中及时总结经验，充分发挥药学专业的优势，可为患儿提供更优质的药学服务 |

| Clinical Consultation Summary and Typical Case Analysis of 109 Children with Infectious Diseases Participated by Clinical Pharmacists |

| Objective: To probe into the clinical consultation participated by clinical pharmacists in Xuzhou Children’s Hospital in 2020, so as to provide reference for rational drug use in pediatrics. Methods: Clinical data of 109 cases of children’s clinical consultation participated by clinical pharmacists in our hospital in 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including age, department, purpose of consultation and detection of pathogenic bacteria. Results: Most of the children applied for consultation in our hospital were <1 year old, and the consultation department was mainly the intensive care unit and department of hematology oncology. The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in consultation records was 44.04%, and that of gram-negative bacteria was 63.41%. The purpose of consultation was to adjust the medication regimen (50.46%), and the acceptance rate of consultation was 84.40%. Conclusion: Multi-disciplinary participation in diagnosis and treatment is the powerful measure to ensure the rational drug use. Clinical pharmacists can provide better pharmaceutical services for children by summarizing the experience in consultation practice in a timely manner and giving full play to the advantages of the pharmaceutical profession |
