目,认知正确率均>55%;23. 3%家长错误地认为抗菌药物对病毒感染有效。性别、教育程度、家庭收入、医学背景等是青岛地区
哮喘儿童家长抗菌药物认知水平的影响因素(P 均<0. 05)。结论:哮喘儿童家长群体对抗菌药物的认知仍存在一定误区,需加
强抗菌药物知识宣教,尽量消除滥用抗菌药物的隐患。 |

Abstract: |
Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of antimicrobial cognition among parents of children
with asthma in Qingdao area. Methods: A total of 386 parents who attended to the standardized outpatient clinic for children’s asthma
in the Laoshan Hospital of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from March to April 2021 were selected as the survey objects,
and the questionnaire survey software Wenjuanxing was used to collect and sort the collected data. Results: For the 5 items of rational application of antibacterial drugs, the cognition correct rates all exceeded 55%, and 23. 3% of parents still believed that antibacterial
drugs were effective against viral infections. Compared with the cognition level of antibacterial drugs by groups, it was found that there
were statistical differences in the cognition level of different gender, education level, family income, and medical background (all P<
0. 05). Conclusion: There are still some misunderstandings in the cognition of antibacterial drugs among parent groups. It is necessary
to strengthen the knowledge education of antibacterial drugs to eliminate the hidden dangers of abuse of antibacterial drugs. |
