| 为规范儿童抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（ANCA）相关性肾炎（AAGN）的诊断与治疗，改善AAGN患儿预后，儿童健康与疾病国家临床医学研究中心（重庆医科大学附属儿童医院）和中华医学会儿科学分会肾脏学组联合发起制订“中国儿童抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关性肾炎（AAGN）诊断与治疗临床实践指南（2023版）”。指南制订工作组将基于现有的儿童文献证据，按照循证指南制订原则，组建了包括肾脏、免疫、临床检验、影像等领域在内的多学科专家团队，开展指南制订工作。本计划书主要介绍指南制订的意义、目的、指南制订组成、临床问题的确定、证据获取与评价、推荐意见形成等过程 |

| In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated glomerulonephritis (AAGN) among children, improve the prognosis of children with AAGN, the National Clinical Research Center for Child Health and Disorders (Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University) collaborate with the Nephrology Group of Pediatrics Society of Chinese Medical Association to develop Protocol for Development of Evidence-Based Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody-Associated Glomerulonephritis among Children in China (2023 Edition). The Guideline Development Committee will be based on available literature evidence on children, and in accordance with the principles of evidence-based guideline development, a multidisciplinary team of experts including nephrology, immunity, clinical laboratory and imaging fields has been formed to carry out the guideline development work. This protocol mainly introduces the significance and purpose of the guideline, guideline formulation composition, identification of clinical issues, evidence retrieval and assessment, development of recommendations. |
