| 目的:分析名老中医熊林波教授治疗小儿风寒犯肺型咳嗽的用药规律,为传承中医药治疗儿科疾病提供经验与参考。
方法:以“风寒犯肺”“咳嗽”“年龄≤12 岁”等处方信息为条件,从我院门诊用药系统提取名老中医熊林波教授 2022 年 1 月-
2023 年 9 月开具的中药处方 150 张,对其用药类别、用药频次等进行整理分析,总结处方用药规律。 结果:150 张针对小儿风寒
犯肺型咳嗽的中药处方共涉及中药药味 75 味,其中使用频率排名前 10 位的药味依次为罗汉果、陈皮、法半夏、紫菀、款冬花、蝉
蜕、炙麻黄、甘草、僵蚕、前胡。 结论:熊林波教授治疗小儿风寒犯肺型咳嗽用药以化痰平喘为主,补虚清热为辅,其处方治疗效
果好、不良反应小,值得临床借鉴和总结传承。 |

| Objective:
To
analyze
the
medication
rule
of
Professor
Xiong
Linbo
in
the
treatment
of
cough
induced
by
wind-cold
invading
the
lung
in
children,
so
as
to
provide
experience
and
reference
for
the
inheritance
of
traditional
Chinese
medicine
in
the
treatment
of
pediatric
diseases.
Methods:
A
total
of
150
prescriptions
of
traditional
Chinese
medicine
by
Professor
Xiong
Linbo
from
Jan.
2022
to
Sept.
2023
were
searched
in
the
Outpatient
medication
system
with
the
terms
of
“wind-cold
invading
the
lung”
“cough”
“age
⩽12
years”.
The
category
and
frequency
of
drug
use
were
analyzed,
and
the
medication
rule
of
prescription
was
summarized.
Results:
Among
the
150
prescriptions,
75
kinds
of
traditional
Chinese
medicine
were
involved,
the
top
10
traditional
Chinese
medicines
used
were
respectively
Momordicae
fructus,
Citrus
reticulata,
Rhizoma
pinelliae
praeparatum,
Asteris
radix
et
rhizoma,
Farfarae
flos,
Cicadae
periostracum,
honey-fried
Herba
ephedrae,
licorice,
Bombyx
batryticatus,
and
Peucedani
radix.
Conclusion:
Medication
rule
of
Professor
Xiong
Linbo
in
the
treatment
of
cough
induced
by
wind-cold
invading
the
lung
in
children
is
based
on
resolving
phlegm
and
calming
asthma,
supplemented
by
tonifying
the
deficiency
and
clearing
heat,
with
significant
therapeutic
effects
and
few
adverse
drug
reactions,
which
is
worthy
of
clinical
reference
and
summary
of
inheritance. |
