| 目的:探讨复方苓榆洗剂、冰黄肤乐软膏治疗婴幼儿急性湿疹的临床疗效,为急性湿疹患儿的临床治疗及康复提供参
考。方法:选取2022 年1 月至2023 年1 月我院收治的120 例急性湿疹婴幼儿,按随机数表法分为A、B 两组各60 例。A 组采用
复方苓榆洗剂治疗,B 组给予冰黄肤乐软膏进行皮肤外部涂抹治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效及家属对治疗的满意度。结果:A
组患儿临床疗效、家属对治疗的满意度明显高于B 组(P<0. 05)。两组患儿治疗后红斑、丘疹/ 丘疱疹/ 水疱、糜烂、渗出/ 结痂/
鳞屑、皮损、瘙痒等各症状评分低于治疗前,其中A 组治疗后上述评分低于B 组(P<0. 05)。结论:复方苓榆洗剂治疗急性湿疹
婴幼儿的临床疗效优于冰黄肤乐软膏。 |

| Comparison on Efficacy of Compound Lingyu Lotion and Binghuangfule Cream in the Treatment of Infants with Acute Eczema |

| Objective: To probe into the clinical efficacy of compound Lingyu lotion and Binghuangfule cream in the treatment of infants
with acute eczema, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of children with acute eczema. Methods: A
total of 120 infants with acute eczema admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2022 to Jan. 2023 were divided into group A and group B
according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Group A was treated with compound Lingyu lotion, while
group B received Binghuangfule cream. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of family members with treatment of two groups were
compared. Results: The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of family members with treatment in group A were significantly higher than
those in group B (P <0. 05). After treatment, the scores of various symptoms such as erythema, papules/ herpes pimple/ blisters,
erosion, exudation/ scabbing/ scaling, skin lesions, and itching in group A and B were significantly lower than those before treatment,
and the group A was lower than the group B after treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of compound Lingyu lotion in
the treatment of infants with acute eczema is significantly better than that of Binghuangfule cream. |
