硅酮凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶在儿童激光祛痣术后疤痕修复的应用

摘要:
目的:探讨硅酮凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶在儿童激光祛痣术后疤痕修复中的应用价值。 方法:选择 2023 年 6 月至 2024 年 6 月在我院进行激光祛痣手术的患儿 74 例,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各 37 例,对照组采用硅酮凝胶 治疗,观察组接受硅酮凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗。 观察两组疤痕修复效果及创面愈合、结痂与痂壳脱落时间,并 比较两组瘢痕美容评估与评级量表(SCAR)评分及满意度。 结果:观察组患儿术后 3 个月疤痕修复总有效率为 94. 59%(35/ 37), 高于对照组的 70. 27%(26/ 37)(P<0. 05);术后创面愈合时间、结痂时间及痂壳脱落时间均短于对照组(P<0. 05)。 治疗后 3 个月, 两组患儿的 SCAR 评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组患儿家属对疤痕修复效果的满意度为 97. 30%(36 / 37), 高于对照组的 78. 38%(29 / 37)(P<0. 05)。 结论:硅酮凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶能够有效促进儿童激光祛痣术后疤痕 修复,缩短创面愈合时间,改善术后瘢痕修复美容效果,进一步提升患儿家属对疤痕修复的满意度。

Abstract:
Objective: To probe into the application value of silicone gel combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in scar repair after laser nevus removal surgery in children. Methods: A total of 74 children undergoing laser nevus removal surgery in our hospital from Jun. 2023 to Jun. 2024 were extracted to be divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with silicone gel, while the observation group received silicone gel combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel. The effects of scar repair, wound healing, scab formation and scab shedding time of two groups were observed, and the score and satisfaction of Scar Cosmesis Assessment and Raiting ( SCAR) were compared between two groups. Results: After surgery of three months, the total effective rate of scar repair in observation group was 94. 59% (35 / 37), higher than 70. 27% (26 / 37) in control group (P<0. 05). The wound healing time, scab formation time and scab shedding time in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0. 05). After treatment of three months, the SCAR score of both groups decreased significantly, and the observation group was lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction rate of families of children in observation group was 97. 30% (36/ 37), higher than 78. 38%(29/ 37) in the control group (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: Silicone gel combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel can effectively promote scar repair after laser nevus removal surgery in children, shorten the time of wound healing and recovery, improve the cosmetic effect of postoperative scar repair, and further enhance the satisfaction of families of children with scar repair.
