| 曲普瑞林与戈那瑞林在性早熟女童性激素激发试验药效达峰时间研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的:探讨曲普瑞林与戈那瑞林在性早熟女童性激素激发试验中峰值及达峰时间,为临床诊断提供参考。 方法:回顾性 分析 2021 年 10 月至 2024 年 2 月我院收治的 297 例性早熟女童性激素激发试验中促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)峰值 与出现时间。 结果:曲普瑞林组(146 例)与戈那瑞林组(151 例)LH、FSH 峰值分布差异均无统计学意义。 但曲普瑞林组 LH 峰 值时间 30 min 患儿占比 42. 47%、120 min 占 36. 99%,FSH 峰值在 120 min 占 81. 51%;戈那瑞林组达 LH 峰值多发生在 30 min (89. 40%),FSH 峰值在 60 min 占 47. 68%,两组患儿 LH、FSH 达峰值时间的患儿数比较差异有统计学意义( χ2 = 80. 99, P<0. 01)。 结论:应用曲普瑞林时,患儿 LH 峰值 30 min 居多、FSH 峰值多在 120 min;戈那瑞林峰值则 LH 30 min、FSH 60 min 占 比较大。 用曲普瑞林建议进行 5 次静脉采血,提升性早熟诊断阳性率,早期干预以改善患儿结局。 |

| Objective: To probe into the differences in peak value and timing of sex hormone stimulation tests between triptorelin and gonadorelin in girls with central precocious puberty, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods: The peak value and occurrence time of luteizing hormone ( LH) and follicle stimulating ( FSH) in sex hormone stimulation tests for girls with central precocious puberty in our hospital from Oct. 2021 to Feb. 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of LH and FSH between triptorelin group (146 cases) and gonarelin group (151 cases). In triptorelin group, the peak time of LH was 42. 47% at 30 min, 36. 99% at 120 min, and the peak time of FSH was 81. 51% at 120 min. In gonarelin group, the peak time of LH was 89. 40% at 30 min, and the peak time of FSH was 47. 68% at 60 min. There was statistically significant difference in the cases of peak time in LH and FSH between two groups ( χ2 = 80. 99, P<0. 01). Conclusion: When using trospium, the LH peak is mostly observed at 30 min, while FSH is mostly at 120 min. For gonadorelin, the LH peak is mostly observed at 30 min, and the FSH is mostly at 60 min. Five venous blood sampling is recommended to improve the positive rate of precocious puberty and early intervention to improve the outcome of children. |
