| 目的:建立基于加权逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法的儿童患者痰热清注射液的药物利用评价(DUE) 细则,促进临床合理
用药。方法:以痰热清注射液药品说明书为依据,参照痰热清注射液临床应用相关文献,建立基于加权TOPSIS 法的儿童患者痰
热清注射液的DUE 标准,依据建立的DUE 标准回顾性评价徐州医科大学附属徐州儿童医院2024 年1-11 月痰热清注射液应
用情况。结果:200 份病历应用加权TOPSIS 法评价显示,相对接近程度( Ci) ≥80%的有45 例(22. 50%),60%≤Ci<80%有
128 例(64. 00%),Ci<60%有27 例(13. 50%)。不合理用药情况主要表现在用药疗程、实验室检查、给药剂量、潜在重复用药等
方面。结论:基于加权TOPSIS 法的儿童患者痰热清注射液DUE 标准可用于儿童患者的用药合理性评价,评价结果显示我院痰
热清注射液临床应用基本合理,仍存在部分不合理用药情况,需进一步加强管理从而促进其合理用药。 |

| Objective: To establish the drug utilization evaluation (DUE) of Tanreqing injection in children based on weighted
technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method, and to promote the rational clinical application.
Methods: The DUE criteria of Tanreqing injection in children based on weighted TOPSIS method was established with reference to drug
instructions and relevant guidelines. The application of Tanreqing injection in the Affiliated Xuzhou Children’ s Hospital of Xuzhou
Medical University from Jan. to Nov. 2024 were retrospectively evaluated according to the established DUE criteria. Results: The
evaluation of 200 medical records by weighted TOPSIS method showed there were 45 cases (22. 50%) with relative closeness coefficient
(Ci) ⩾80%, 128 cases (64. 00%) with Ci⩾60% and <80%, and 27 cases (13. 50%) with Ci <60%. The irrational drug use was
mainly manifested in the course of treatment, laboratory examination, dosage, and potential repeated medication. Conclusion: The DUE
criteria of Tanreqing injection in children based on weighted TOPSIS method can be used to evaluate the application rationality of
Tanreqing injection in children. The evaluation results show that the clinical application of Tanreqing injection in our hospital is basically
rational, yet there are still irrational application of Tanreqing injection, which needs to be further strengthened. |
