| 孟鲁司特是白三烯受体拮抗剂(leukotriene receptor antagonist,LTRA), 白三烯( cysteinyl leukotrienes, Cys-LTs)是通过5-脂氧合酶途径衍生自花生四烯酸的有效促炎介质。孟鲁司特可阻断Cys-LTs 的作用,缓解许多慢性疾病的症状,特别是支气管哮喘和过敏性鼻炎。 |
