| 目的:分析儿童苍耳子中毒的临床表现及其治疗策略。 方法:回顾性分析 2013-2024 年在我院重症监护室(PICU)确诊 的 2 例苍耳子中毒患儿的临床资料和实验室检查结果。 通过在中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据知识服务平台以“苍耳子中 毒”为关键词进行文献检索,筛选出相关文献并进行复习。 并总结儿童苍耳子中毒的临床特征、实验室检查结果、治疗方案及预 后情况。 结果:2 例苍耳子中毒患儿既往史及家族史均无异常,以肝功能异常和凝血功能障碍为主要临床特征,经保肝、血液净 化等治疗后症状缓解。 结论:苍耳子在成人鼻炎治疗中具有一定的疗效,然而儿童由于其生理特点及个体差异,容易因剂量不 当而导致中毒,进而引发肝功能损伤甚至衰竭。 |

| Successful Reversal Treatment for Two Children with Acute Liver Failure Induced by Xanthii Fructus |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To analyze the clinical manifestations and treatment strategies of children with Xanthii fructus poisoning. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data and laboratory test results of two children with Xanthii fructus poisoning who were diagnosed in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of our hospital from 2013 to 2024. CNKI and Wanfang database were retrieved with the keyword of “Xanthii fructus poisoning”, literature was selected and reviewed. This study summarized the clinical characteristics, laboratory examination results, treatment regimens and prognosis of children with Xanthii fructus poisoning. Results: There were no abnormal findings in the past history and family history of the two children with Xanthii fructus poisoning, and the main clinical manifestations were abnormal function and coagulation dysfunction. After hepatoprotective and blood purification treatment, the symptoms were relieved. Conclusion: Xanthii fructus has a certain efficacy in the treatment of adult rhinitis. However, due to its physiological characteristics and individual differences, children are prone to poisoning for improper dose, which can lead to liver function damage and even failure. |
