| 目的:研究小柴胡汤辅助阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿疗效及对免疫球蛋白、CXC 趋化因子配体(CXCL)、
细胞因子样蛋白1(CYTL1)、半胱氨酸白三烯受体1(CysLTR1)的影响。方法:选取2022 年6 月至2023 年6 月入住杭州市红十
字会医院钱塘院区的MPP 患儿108 例,按照随机数表法分为试验组(n =54) 和对照组(n = 54)。对照组给予常规治疗+阿奇霉
素治疗,试验组给予常规治疗+阿奇霉素+小柴胡汤治疗。观察两组患儿恢复情况(体征、症状消失时间),临床症状积分,血清
免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgA、IgG)水平,血清CXCL10、CXCL16、CYTL1、CysLTR1 水平,不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组咳嗽、高热、
肺部啰音及喘促消失时间均短于对照组(P<0. 05)。治疗期间,两组患儿均无显著不良反应。治疗后,试验组中医证候积分低
于对照组(P<0. 05);试验组血清IgM、IgA、IgG 水平均高于对照组,血清CXCL10、CXCL16、CysLTR1 水平均低于对照组,CYTL1
水平高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:小柴胡汤联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP 患儿可快速缓解并改善临床症状,提高血清免疫球蛋白水
平,增强机体免疫,降低血清CXCL10、CXCL16、CYTL1、CysLTR1 水平,且安全性高。 |

| Objective: To study the efficacy of Xiaochaihu decoction as an adjuvant therapy to azithromycin in the treatment of
Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children and its effects on immunoglobulin, CXC chemokine ligand (CXCL), cytokine
like protein 1 (CYTL1), and cysteine leukotriene receptor 1 (CysLTR1). Methods: A total of 108 children with MPP admitted into
Qiantang Branch of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from Jun. 2022 to Jun. 2023 were extracted to be divided into the experimental group
(n =54) and control group (n = 54) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional
therapy and azithromycin, while the experimental group received conventional therapy, azithromycin, and Xiaochaihu decoction. The
recovery (disappearance time of signs and symptoms), clinical symptom scores, serum immunoglobulin (IgM, IgA, and IgG) levels,
serum CXCL10, CXCL16, CYTL1, and CysLTR1 levels, and occurrence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.
Results: The disappearance time of cough, fever, lung rales, and wheezing in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control
group (P<0. 05). There were no significant adverse drug reactions in both groups during treatment. After treatment, the traditional
Chinese medicine syndrome score of experimental group was lower than that of control group (P<0. 05), the serum IgM, IgA, IgG levels
were higher than those of control group, while the serum CXCL10, CXCL16, CYTL1, and CysLTR1 levels were lower than those of
control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Xiaochaihu decoction combined with azithromycin can quickly relieve and improve clinical
symptoms, increase serum immunoglobulin levels, enhance body immunity, and reduce serum CXCL10, CXCL16, and CYTL1, and
CysLTR1 levels in children with MPP with higher safety. |
