| 中成药联合常规西药治疗儿童中枢性性早熟有效性的网状Meta 分析 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的:系统评价不同中成药联合常规西药治疗儿童中枢性性早熟的有效性。方法:检索PubMed、EMBase、中国知网、万方
等数据库,获取中成药联合常规西药治疗儿童中枢性性早熟的随机对照研究(RCT),应用Stata 15.0 软件进行网状Meta 分析。结果:纳
入32 篇RCT,网状Meta 分析结果显示,总有效率方面,知柏滋阴泻火颗粒+常规西药治疗概率排名曲线(SUCRA)值最优;改善卵
巢容积方面,知地降火颗粒+常规西药治疗SUCRA 值最优;改善黄体生成素(LH)水平方面,大补阴丸+常规西药治疗SUCRA 值最
优;改善子宫容积、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平及不良反应方面,丹栀逍遥胶囊+常规西药治疗SUCRA 值最优。结论:中成药联合常规
西药治疗儿童中枢性性早熟整体疗效优于单用常规西药治疗;各中成药治疗侧重点不同,临床中应根据患儿症状个体化用药。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of different Chinese patent medicine combined with conventional Western
medicine in the treatment of central precocious puberty in children. Methods: PubMed, EMBase, CNKI, and Wanfang were searched
to collect randomized controlled trials (RCT) of Chinese patent medicines combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment
of central precocious puberty in children. Network Meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 15. 0. Results: Thirty-two RCT were
included, and the results of network Meta-analysis showed that: in terms of total effective rate, the surface under the cumulative ranking
curve (SUCRA) of Zhibai Zixin Xiehuo granules + conventional Western medicine was the best. In terms of improvement of ovarian
volume, the SUCRA of Zhidi Jianghuo granules + conventional Western medicine was the best. In terms of improvement of luteinizing
hormone (LH) level, the SUCRA of Dabuyin pills + conventional Western medicine was the best. In terms of improvement of uterine
volume, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) level, and adverse drug reactions, the SUCRA of Danzhi Xiaoyao capsules was the best.
Conclusion: The overall efficacy of Chinese patent medicine combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of central
precocious puberty in children is better than that of conventional Western medicine alone, the therapeutic focuses of each Chinese patent
medicine are different, and individualized medication can be used according to the specific symptoms of the children in the clinic. |
