| 目的:总结临床药师参与1 例造血干细胞移植后弓形虫脑炎患儿的药学实践经验。方法:临床药师参与1 例造血干细胞
移植后弓形虫脑炎患儿的的药物治疗过程,从抗感染药物选择及调整、药学监护、用药教育等方面提供药学服务。结果:患儿通
过药学监护服务取得良好的治疗效果,病情好转出院。结论:临床药师利用专业优势协助医生制定用药方案,为医生提供合理
用药建议,为患儿提供药学服务,促进合理用药。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To share the practical experience of clinical pharmacists with professional advantages to ensure the safe
medication for special pediatric populations. Methods: The clinical pharmacists participated into the therapy of a child with toxoplasmic
encephalitis after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and provided pharmaceutical services from the aspects of anti-infective drug
selection and adjustment, pharmaceutical care, and medication education. Results: Through the pharmaceutical care, the child was
discharged from the hospital after the condition improved. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can assist clinicians to formulate medication
regimen by using their professional advantages, provide rational medication suggestions for clinicians and pharmaceutical care for
children, and promote rational medication. |
