| 目的:探讨多维铁联合右旋糖酐铁口服液对儿童缺铁性贫血( IDA) 的疗效及对血清铁蛋白( SF) 的影响。方法:选取
2023 年9 月至2024 年9 月沧州市中心医院收治的IDA 患儿96 例,因个人原因脱落5 例,最终入组91 例,按随机数表法分为
右旋糖酐铁组(右旋糖酐铁口服溶液,45 例)与联合组(多维铁口服溶液联合右旋糖酐铁口服溶液,46 例)。比较两组患儿临
床疗效、贫血相关指标、铁代谢相关指标、血清指标及不良反应发生情况等。结果:治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率高于右旋糖
酐铁组(P<0. 05)。两组患儿红细胞计数( RBC)、血红蛋白( Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度( MCHC)、平均红细胞容积
(MCV)均升高,且联合组高于右旋糖酐铁组(P<0. 05)。两组患儿血清铁(SI)、SF 水平均升高,且联合组高于右旋糖酐铁组
(P<0. 05)。两组患儿总铁结合力( TIBC) 均降低,且联合组低于右旋糖酐铁组( P <0. 05)。两组患儿血清白细胞介素-6
(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)水平均降低,且联合组低于右旋糖酐铁组( P<0. 05)。两组患儿血清IL-10 水平均升高,且联合组
高于右旋糖酐铁组(P<0. 05)。结论:多维铁联合右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗IDA 患儿能有效补充铁元素,改善贫血症状,安全
性较高。 |

| Efficacy of Multi-Dimensional Iron Combined with Iron Dextran Oral Solution in the Treatment of Childrenwith Iron Deficiency Anemia and Its Effects on Serum Ferritin |

| Objective: To probe into the efficacy of multi-dimensional iron combined with iron dextran oral solution in the treatment of
children with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and its effects on serum ferritin (SF). Methods: Ninety-six children with IDA admitted
into Cangzhou Central Hospital from Sept. 2023 to Sept. 2024 were extracted, 5 cases dropped out due to personal reasons, and 91
cases were finally enrolled. The children were divided into the iron dextran group (iron dextran oral solution, 45 cases) and combined
group (multi-dimensional iron oral solution combined with iron dextran oral solution, 46 cases) via the random number table method.
The clinical efficacy, anemia related indicators, iron metabolism related indicators, serum indicators, and adverse drug reactions of
two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of iron dextran
group (P<0. 05). The red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and
mean corpuscular volume (MCV) in both groups increased significantly, and the combined group was higher than the dextran iron
group (P<0. 05). After treatment, the serum iron (SI) and SF in both groups increased, and the combined group was higher than
the dextran iron group (P<0. 05). The total iron binding capacity (TIBC) of both groups decreased, and the combined group was
lower than the dextran iron group (P<0. 05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interferon-γ (INF-γ) in both
groups decreased, and the combined group was lower than the dextran iron group (P <0. 05). The level of IL-10 in both groups
increased, and the combined group was higher than the dextran iron group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Multi-dimensional iron combined
with iron dextran oral solution in the treatment of children with IDA can effectively supplement the iron elements, improve the anemia
symptoms with higher safety. |
